Summer Positions Available
Store clerk:
Open and close store daily, greet visitors, collect admission fees, sell souvenir items and refreshments. Maintain accurate finance records (cash register and credit/debit cards). Some morning hours for tour groups. Can be up to five days per week for one clerk and a minimum of two days per week for a second clerk. Could be combined with guiding.
Guide:
During season, regular hours plus some mornings for group tours. Lead tours with up to 10 people. Be familiar with the history of the Acadians in Maine and with the history of the Village buildings and contents. Light housekeeping and regular building cleaning.

Christmas Concert
The Acadian Village is sponsoring a Christmas Concert with Adam Ouellette on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm at St. Bruno-St. Remi Church, with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall. Tickets are $10. per adult and $20. per family.
Christmas in July Breakfast
Breakfast at the Village—part of Christmas in July weekend. Traditional Acadian dishes including creton, ployes, baked beans, plus eggs, home fries and sausage. Served from 9 AM until the food runs out. Adults $12.00, Children $6.00. Takeouts available.
Gravel Ride
A Gravel Ride is a bike rally held on mostly unpaved roads. Registration and breakfast 8 to 9 am. Ride departs the Village 9:15 am. Two options--25 mile and 32 mile. 70% of route is on good gravel. Burgers and beer after the ride. Suggested donation is $50. and will be for the benefit of the Acadian Village. If you plan to attend, text Mark ASAP at 207-521-4556 with your name and number of riders.
